We also provide a professional service to all our tenants which include:
• Arrange viewings at times which suit you.
• Act as negotiator on behalf of the Landlord through procurement of lease arrangements, references and rent payment structure.
• Provide professional advice during the course of the Tenancy to assist you in any matters relating to the Landlord /Tenant relationship.
Requirements:
In order to rent a property through our agency, it is neccessary to provide us with a reference from your previous/current landlord. If a reference is unavailable, an employers reference will suffice.
All tenants must provide 1 months rent & 1 months deposit in advance, unless otherwise agreed with all parties.
Booking deposits are accepted if you would like us to hold a property for you. Booking deposits are non-refundable.
Please have your pps number & bank account details to hand if you are proceeding with a property rental from us.
