• An experienced negotiator will visit your property providing a professional and realistic rental valuation.
• Market your property through our web site, erection of a letting sign and the local press.
• Arrange and attend all viewings.
• Carefully select prospective Tenants. When neccessary, we arrange written references from a previous Landlord showing rental history and Employers.
• Preparation of Lease Agreements and setting up standing orders.
• Collect first months rent together with a security deposit.
• Organise the transfer of all Utilities to the Tenant (s) names.
• Provide professional advise during the course of the Tenancy to assist Clients with any matters which may arise.
• Organise registration with the Private Residential Tenancies Board.
• Provide a network of competent tradesmen to cover all aspects of home maintenance and garden up keep.
• Produce an inventory of all assets and stock within the premises |
